Sweet Easter inspiration: we baked cookies from short pastry and covered them with stamped fondant. Watch the video to see how it works. Enjoy your meal!
That's what you need:
1. shortcrust cookies, cut out with your favourite shape
2. your favourite cookie cutter
3. fondant (also available ready to buy)
4. a rolling pin to roll out
5. food colouring (we have it here in the shop)
6. a piece of wool felt to distribute the food colouring
7. stamp: in the video you can see our mini stamp flower 5 and a mini-confatty stamp, which is currently available in our stamp sets. The big confetti stamp works just as well.
8. Jam to combine cookies and fondant
