Stamp Easter eggs

We tried out what you can do with blown out Easter eggs and stamps. The result are eggs in muted colors and simple design - and sometimes quite different - in black...

We first primed the eggs with chalkboard paint for spraying. The paint is wonderfully matt and gives a great base for stamping. If you don't like black, you can spray on other nice pastel colours (spray chalk paint). Therefore we put the eggs on wooden shashlik skewers.

After the eggs were well dried, we stamped them with Stazon Pigment Snowflake. This works especially well with the smaller motifs. For the eggs in other colours we used Versamagic. Have fun & happy Easter!

And another tip: You will get the best stamping results if you dab the ink onto the stamp with the ink pad. If you want to learn more about our favourite colours, visit our >>> colour guide.
